Phase I: The Beginning of a Dream

When we launched Neema Garden Phase I, our vision was simple yet bold: to provide Kenyans with genuine, affordable land complete with ready individual freehold title deeds.

The response was overwhelming. Families, individuals, and investors embraced the project, drawn by the promise of transparency and the assurance of title deeds delivered within 30 days.

Phase II & III: Growth Fueled by Trust

Encouraged by the success of Phase I, we introduced Neema Garden Phase II and Phase III. By this time, word had spread — Cledun Realtors was a company that delivered what it promised.

Investors from both Kenya and the diaspora joined in, confident that they were buying into more than land — they were buying into a community.

Phase IV: Strengthening the Vision

With Phases II and III sold out, Neema Garden Phase IV marked a turning point. By then, the Neema Garden brand had become synonymous with reliability. Investors were not just purchasing plots; they were connecting with like-minded visionaries who shared the dream of building a thriving neighborhood.

Phase V: Building Community Together

Neema Garden Phase V has been one of our most exciting milestones. To celebrate this project, we hosted the “Meat & Meat” event on 23rd August 2025, bringing together clients for a day of site visits, networking, and community building.

It wasn’t just about investing in land — it was about meeting neighbors, sharing ideas, and laying the foundation for a strong Neema Garden community.
